Bu d\u00f6nemde demiryollar\u0131 ulusal bir dava olarak ele al\u0131nm\u0131\u015f ve &#8220;B\u0130R KARI\u015e FAZLA \u015e\u0130MEND\u0130FER&#8221; demiryolu politikas\u0131n\u0131n ana ilkesi olmu\u015ftur.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Devlet bu alanda \u00fc\u00e7 \u00f6nemli i\u015f ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirmi\u015ftir;&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>1-<\/strong>Yeniden demiryollar\u0131 in\u015fa etmek ve i\u015fletmek<\/p>\n<p><strong>2-<\/strong>\u015eirket hatlar\u0131n\u0131 sat\u0131n alarak millile\u015ftirmek<\/p>\n<p><strong>3-<\/strong>Kurslar ve okullar a\u00e7arak demiryol personeli yeti\u015ftirmek.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Demiryollar\u0131nda e\u011fitimin okulla\u015fma s\u00fcreci 1.D\u00fcnya sava\u015f\u0131 s\u00fcrerken ba\u015flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.1915&#8217;te \u0130zmir \u015eimendifer mektebi ile ba\u015flayan bu s\u00fcrecin kutbu \u201c DEM\u0130RYOL MESLEK OKULU &#8221; dur.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>TCDD \u0130daresinde Hep Gayr\u0131 M\u00fcslim\u2019ler Vard\u0131 T\u00fcrk\u2019ler \u0130se Hep \u0130\u015f\u00e7ilik K\u0131sm\u0131nda \u00c7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131.<br \/>\nBu g\u00fcn\u00fcn insan\u0131n\u0131n anlamas\u0131 belki biraz zor olur. U\u00e7ak var, araba var,h\u0131zl\u0131 trenler var. Ula\u015f\u0131m \u00e7ok \u00e7e\u015fitli ama \u00e7ok kolay. Oysa sadece 1800\u2019lerin ikici d\u00f6nemi ile 1900\u2019lerin ilk 30 y\u0131l\u0131nda, bu topraklardaki tek ula\u015f\u0131m arac\u0131 demiryollar\u0131 idi, demir a\u011flar idi, eski deyimi ile \u015fimendiferlerdi, \u015fimendifer kumpanyalar\u0131 idi.<\/p>\n<p>Bu vatan topraklar\u0131ndaki demiryollar\u0131n\u0131 ise biz T\u00fcrk\u2019ler hi\u00e7 i\u015fletmemi\u015ftik. Hep yabanc\u0131 \u015firketler i\u015fletmi\u015fti demiryollar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131, idarede de hep gayr\u0131 M\u00fcslim\u2019ler vard\u0131. Biz T\u00fcrk\u2019ler ise hep i\u015f\u00e7ilik k\u0131sm\u0131nda \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131k.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Osmanl\u0131\u2019da demiryolu e\u011fitimi, \u201cimtiyaz demiryolculu\u011fu\u201dnun bir sonucu olarak g\u00fcndeme gelir. \u201c\u0130mtiyaz demiryolculu\u011fu\u201d ile topraklar\u0131na aban\u0131lan T\u00fcrkler, demiryolu yap\u0131m\u0131 ve i\u015fletmesinden uzak tutulur. Bu nedenle, Anadolu topraklar\u0131 \u00fczerine d\u00f6\u015fenen ilk demiryolunun i\u015fletimi s\u0131ras\u0131nda sorunlarla kar\u015f\u0131la\u015f\u0131l\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Birinci D\u00fcnya Sava\u015f\u0131 s\u00fcrerken kamuoyunun konuya duyarl\u0131 kesimlerince, az da olsa yerli demiryolcular ve bas\u0131n\u0131n tepkisi ile \u0130ttihat ve Terakki ulusalc\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n genel politikalar\u0131 birle\u015ferek, Osmanl\u0131\u2019da demiryolu e\u011fitimi tart\u0131\u015f\u0131lmaya ba\u015flan\u0131r. \u0130kdam Gazetesi\u2019nin 5 Kas\u0131m 1913 Say\u0131l\u0131 ba\u015fyaz\u0131s\u0131nda, imtiyaz demiryolculu\u011funun sak\u0131ncalar\u0131na, demiryolu i\u015fletmecili\u011finin yabanc\u0131 dille (\u00f6zellikle Frans\u0131zca) yap\u0131lmas\u0131na, teknik ve i\u015fletici kadronun t\u00fcm\u00fcne yak\u0131n\u0131n\u0131n yabanc\u0131 olmas\u0131n\u0131n zararlar\u0131na vurgu yap\u0131l\u0131r. \u0130kdam Gazetesi\u2019nin 5 Kas\u0131m 1913 Say\u0131l\u0131 ba\u015fyaz\u0131s\u0131nda: \u201cBu \u015fimendiferler ve imtiyazlar dolay\u0131s\u0131yla evlad\u0131 memleketin talim ve ihraz\u0131na (memleket \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n\u0131n e\u011fitim ve haz\u0131rl\u0131\u011f\u0131na) ait hususta m\u00fcteallik (konulara ili\u015fkin) neler d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnmekteyiz?\u201d diye sorularak, \u201cDemiryollar\u0131nda, milli adamlar\u0131n gayrisini istihdam etmek, kendi evimizin i\u00e7inde yabanc\u0131 adam oturtmaya benzer ki gayet tehlikelidir. Bunun i\u00e7indir ki ilk a\u011f\u0131zda Memlekette bir \u015fimendifer mektebi a\u00e7\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r.\u201d s\u00f6zleriyle, bu y\u00f6ndeki y\u00f6neli\u015fin alt\u0131 \u00e7izilir.<\/p>\n<p>Ulusal demiryolculu\u011fumuzun ilk ve kurucu Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc Kurmay Albay Behi\u00e7 Erkin, daha Selanik- Dedea\u011fa\u00e7 Demiryolu Askeri Komiseri (M\u00fcfetti\u015fi) iken demiryollar\u0131nda T\u00fcrk dili ve T\u00fcrk memur kullan\u0131lmas\u0131na dikkat \u00e7eken bir rapor haz\u0131rlar. Demiryollar\u0131, 16 Temmuz 1920\u2019de Mustafa Kemal\u2019in istek ve \u00f6nerisiyle eylemli olarak Behi\u00e7 Erkin\u2019in sorumlulu\u011funa verilir. Behi\u00e7 Erkin\u2019in, Selanik\u2019ten edindi\u011fi deneyimle demiryolu i\u015fletmesini \u201cT\u00fcrkle\u015ftirmek ve T\u00fcrk\u00e7ele\u015ftirmek\u201d i\u015finde k\u0131sa zamanda yol al\u0131n\u0131r. Behi\u00e7 Erkin, bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 \u201cTren, sava\u015f i\u00e7indeki ordumuzu izler duruma getirilecektir\u201d \u015feklinde ifade eder.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Demiryol Meslek Okulu i\u015fte b\u00f6yle bir tarihsel s\u00fcrecin \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcd\u00fcr. Demiryol Meslek Okulu 1 Ekim 1942\u2019de, Ankara Demiryol Mahallesi\u2019nde (mahallenin ad\u0131 \u00f6nce \u00dclk\u00fc, sonra da Do\u011fanbey olarak de\u011fi\u015ftirilmi\u015ftir.) Mimar Kemalettin\u2019 in tasar\u0131m\u0131 olan \u00fcnl\u00fc yap\u0131da a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131r. Demiryol Meslek Okulu\u2019nun 1946\u2019da yeniden kapat\u0131lmas\u0131 g\u00fcndeme gelir. Bu nedenle \u00f6\u011frenci al\u0131nmaz ve okuldaki \u00f6\u011frencilerin mezuniyetlerini izleyen y\u0131l, 25 \u015eubat 1950\u2019de kapat\u0131l\u0131r. Yedi y\u0131ll\u0131k bu ilk faaliyet d\u00f6neminde yakla\u015f\u0131k 500 \u00f6\u011frenci mezun olur&nbsp;.<br \/>\nDemiryol Meslek Okulu 28 \u015eubat 1950\u2019de kapat\u0131ld\u0131ktan sonra, bu kez 1955\u2019te Eski\u015fehir\u2019de a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131r. Eski\u015fehir\u2019de a\u00e7\u0131lan okul, yol, hareket ve muamelat olmak \u00fczere \u00fc\u00e7 dalda e\u011fitim verir. Demiryol Meslek Okulu, 1957 y\u0131l\u0131nda yeniden Ankara\u2019ya, &nbsp;ilk a\u00e7\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 binaya ta\u015f\u0131n\u0131r. Okuldan 1959 \u2013 1960 \u00f6\u011fretim y\u0131l\u0131 sonuna kadar toplam 326 \u00f6\u011frenci mezun olur. Ayn\u0131 \u00f6\u011fretim y\u0131l\u0131nda Okula tesisler b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc eklenir, 1961 y\u0131l\u0131nda liman b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131r, muamelat b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc de muhasebe b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc olarak de\u011fi\u015ftirilir. 1 Temmuz 1964 y\u0131l\u0131nda yeniden kapat\u0131lan okulun \u00f6\u011frencileri ba\u015fka okula g\u00f6nderilir. Bu nedenle de okulun 1965 mezunlar\u0131, ba\u015fka bir okuldan (Ankara Y\u00fckseli\u015f Kolejinden) mezun olur.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>1974 Y\u0131l\u0131nda okul TCDD Meslek Lisesi olarak tekrar e\u011fitme hayat\u0131na ba\u015flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>1996 Y\u0131l\u0131na geldi\u011fimizde, Ulusal Demiryolculu\u011fumuzun kurucular\u0131n\u0131n gelecek nesillerden bekledikleri yerine getirilememi\u015f, Demiryolu Meslek Okulunun Y\u00fcksek okullarla ta\u00e7land\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 beklenirken, gururla ve b\u00fcy\u00fck emeklerle kurulan bu e\u011fitim ve k\u00fclt\u00fcr yuvas\u0131, 1995 y\u0131l\u0131n\u0131n B\u00fct\u00e7e Kanunun 50\/4 Maddesi ile 25.07.1996 tarihinde y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011fe konulan 4160 say\u0131l\u0131 Kanunun ek 35.Maddesinde yer alan h\u00fck\u00fcmler do\u011frultusunda \u00dclkemizdeki Kamu Kurum ve Kurulu\u015flar\u0131n\u0131n mecburi hizmet kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00f6\u011frenci okutma imkan\u0131n\u0131n ortadan kald\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 nedeniyle kapat\u0131lma a\u015famas\u0131na gelmi\u015f, 1996-1997 \u00f6\u011fretim y\u0131l\u0131ndan itibaren okula \u00f6\u011frenci al\u0131nmam\u0131\u015f ve TCDD Y\u00f6netim Kurulunun 13.08.1998 tarih ve 25\/350 say\u0131l\u0131 karar\u0131yla da e\u011fitim faaliyetine son verilmi\u015ftir.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>1942 y\u0131l\u0131nda Demiryol Meslek Okulu olarak \u00f6\u011fretime ba\u015flayan demiryolu okulundan, 1998 y\u0131l\u0131nda talihsiz \u015fekilde e\u011fitime kapat\u0131lmas\u0131na kadar, 4.198 demiryolcu mezun olur. Bunlardan 3.000\u2019ne yak\u0131n\u0131 \u015fu anda TCDD\u2019de g\u00f6revlerini s\u00fcrd\u00fcrmektedir.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Bug\u00fcn ise demiryolu e\u011fitimi, 2004 y\u0131l\u0131ndan itibaren TCDD\u2019nin giri\u015fimiyle Milli E\u011fitim Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 b\u00fcnyesinde a\u00e7\u0131lan Rayl\u0131 Sistemler Teknolojisi alan\u0131 alt\u0131nda Anadolu Meslek Liseleri d\u00fczeyinde demiryolu e\u011fitimi veren b\u00f6l\u00fcmlerde verilmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131lmaktad\u0131r Bu alan alt\u0131ndaki b\u00f6l\u00fcmler, Rayl\u0131 Sistemler Makine, Rayl\u0131 Sistemler Elektrik-Elektronik, Rayl\u0131 Sistemler \u0130\u015fletme, Rayl\u0131 Sistemler \u0130n\u015faat, Rayl\u0131 Sistemler Mekatronik olmak \u00fczere be\u015f alandad\u0131r.
